It was my lucky day when I met Greg! He is head and shoulders above any pool person I have had before. He was not only the first one to respond from your list of three (one of whom I had encountered before and the 3rd one didn’t even bother responding) but Greg came to diagnose (and rectify) my problem even though he had had knee surgery that very week! . . . AND refused to charge me for the initial visit!! I am looking forward to monthly pool service with Greg and any pool repairs or upkeep in the future. In my book, he is definitely a “5” and I have already referred him to 2 other people. He should remain “No. 1” on your list.
